Managing Your Client List
View, search, and manage all your clients from one place. Add new clients manually or let the booking flow create them automatically.

Client List Overview
The Clients page shows every client associated with your organization. Each row displays the client's name, email, phone number, and the date they were added. New clients are added automatically when they complete a booking through your public booking page.
Guest bookings
Walk-in or guest bookings (booked without creating an account) appear in the client list with a "Guest" label. You can edit the profile later to fill in their details.
Adding a Client Manually
Click + Add Client
The new client form opens.
Enter their name and contact details
First name, last name, email, and phone number. Email is required if you plan to send them automated reminders or confirmations.
Save the client
The client is added to your list and can now be selected when booking appointments.
Searching & Filtering
Use the search bar at the top of the client list to find clients by name, email, or phone number. Results update as you type. You can also sort the list by name or date added using the column headers.
Opening a Client Profile
Click any client's name to open their full profile. From here you can:
- View and edit their contact details
- See their appointment history
- Access their notes and staff comments
- View any service bundles or packages they hold
- Send them an email or SMS directly
